  • Pendulum Testers

    Instron

Instron pendulums are designed to meet the growing demand for accurate and repeatable impact testing on a wide range of materials. Used to determine the mechanical and physical properties of metals, polymers, composites, and finished products for both research and development (R&D) and quality control (QC), the pendulum family is capable of performing Charpy, Izod, and Tensile tests according to international standards. As uninstrumented systems, they provide the absorbed energy value. By fully instrumenting the pendulum, a more complete study of how the material reacts to impact can be gathered. This information is useful when evaluating the type of failure and the dynamic response of the material.

The instrument is the pendulum impact resiliency tester with energy 0.5J and applied to measure the resilience value of vulcanized rubber with hardness 3085IRHD. It measures up to GB/T 1681 and ISO4662.

  • Pendulum Shock Testing Machine

    UDAR-1 - ZETLAB Company

Pendulum shock testing machine “UDAR-1” is intended for calibration and verification of measuring transducers (both analog and digital) by means of shock impact as well as for shock testing of various specimen.

  • IEC60950 50mm Impact Test Balls

CX-15 - Shenzhen Chuangxin Instruments Co., Ltd.

The Impact Test Ball is a specially machined ball to test impact resistance according to IEC, CSA and UL Standards. It is made of chrome-plated-steel for durability, and is fitted with an eyelet to facilitate testing for pendulum applications. Eyelet is threaded to the ball to allow attachment of a handle or force gauge. Weights are closely controlled.

  • Scott Internal Bond Impact Tester

    Qualitest International Inc.

The Scott Internal Bond Impact Tester is used to determine tear resistance (Elmendorf). A sample is torn with the help of the pendulum device starting from a predetermined cut. The work required for a tear of a given length is measured.

  • Izod-type Impact Machine

TF144B - TESTEX Testing Equipment Systems Ltd.

Izod-type Impact Machine, to determine all types of buttons (10mm diameter and over) to violent blows encountered during clothing manufacture or use, by a pendulum of a specified mass released from a specified height to strike the button. Observe and record if the button breaks, fractures, or distorts.

  • Impact Testing Machine (Izod & Charpy)

    Atico Export

Suitable for Charpy & Izod Impact tests on different materials. It is based on Pendulum principle.Rigid designs of instrument frame & other parts assure minimum energy absorption during fracture which results in improved test accuracies. The highly strained & wearing parts like support blocks & strikers are of special alloy steels duly heat treated.Direct indication of Impact energy absorbed by sample on large dial -Safety guard for the user is provided.Initial potential energy for Charpy is 300 Joules & for Izod is 170 Joules with a Least Count of 2 Joules (for Analogue models) & resolution of 0.5 Joules (for Digital Model).Drop Angle of Pendulum for Charpy is 140° & for Izod is 90°.ASTM Impact Testing machine is also provided, which conforms to E-23 ASTM standard.Gauges, Tongs, Sub-zero bath, Templates, U & V Notch milling cutters are available with it (Optional).

  • Internal Bond Tester And Prep Station

    80-20 - Testing Machines, Inc.

The Internal Bond Tester is designed to determine the internal bond strength of a variety of Paper and Board materials according to TAPPI T 569. The instrument design is based on a falling pendulum which creates a high speed impact on a paper specimen. The paper specimen is sandwiched between two double-coated tape substrates. The pendulum impact measures the total energy required to delaminate the internal fibers of a specimen in a "Z" type direction into two separate piles. The system also incorporates an automatic sample preparation station which allows five specimens to be accurately prepared simultaneously. The Prep Station requires a filtered air supply meeting IG4 Industrial Grade Air: ISO Class 1-4-1.

  • Digital Impact Test Machine

    Atico Export

The Digital Impact Testing Machine mainly used to determine the anti-impact capability and strengthen impact toughness of non metallic materials such as nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic & cast stone, electrical insulating materials etc.Sample and support are easy centeringThe pendulum of the machine can be raised or released automatically by button pressedDigital LCD screen control and value displayThe machine comply with GB / T1843, ISO 180, GB / T21189, GB / T2611 and other international standard

  • Pneumatic Horizontal Shock Response Spectrum Test System

KRD15 series - CME Technology Co. Ltd.

KRD15 series is the state-of-the-art shock response spectrum tester that adopts compressed gas energy to provide impact energy, push the shock hammer to impact the resonance plate, and generate high energy shock. Comparing to traditional pendulum shock response spectrum tester, this machine has the advantages of high energy, stable performance, high reliability, good repeatability, easy adjustment, safety and environmental protection. It is mainly applied in the industries of aerospace, aviation and ships.

  • Bond Testers

    Benz Co., Inc.

Has automated the test process with microprocessor-controlled data acquisition. Designed to provide the expected internal bond strength for various types of paper, coated products and paperboard, this instrument measures the impact energy imparted to the specimen. The machine consists of a base, sample-preparation press, tape dispenser, dual-range pendulum (0 to 0.325 ft. lbs. and 0 to 0.650 ft. lbs.) and Digital Display. Internal Bond software is available.

  • VisualIMPACT Software

    Instron

CEAST VisualIMPACT software is designed to control CEAST Pendulums and Drop Tower Series, manage tests and offer a user-friendly interface when using the Data Acquisition System. It records force and absorbed energy data related to impacts, visualizes and helps analyze the results and calculates resilience. The operator is guided through parameters setup by means of tables describing strikers and specimens that are filtered according to the test type and international standard selected. In the case of instrumented tests, many possibilities for data analysis and visualization are made available. The results are shown through comprehensive and customizable graphs and can be filtered by break type (only specimens with a selected break type are shown). Working with groups of test, the software performs a statistical analysis, and the operator can pick and discard single test results. Different measurement units can be selected. It is possible to print reports and to export data totally or partially. Recent improvements include the possibility to set a number of user profiles, including graphic settings, default printing options, advanced parameters for data analysis and so on, switching quickly from one another when looking at results. The introduction of a new Data Acquisition System (CEAST DAS 64K) in the Impact product line has also triggered a number of new capabilities for the SW, which is now able to process a more comprehensive calibration file for instrumented tups and hammers and manage DAS configurations with a wider range of data acquisition channels.
